What?! Motueka and Riwaka are the redheaded stepchildren in the NZ hop family.

Galaxy and Nelson are so much better

Well, I am a sucker for redheads....

Dat passion!!

Confirmed: Ann and Le Sarrasin are both overcarbed. No one should come to buy bottles of Ann and I'm offering $0.50 on the dollar on bottles of Sarrasin. The discount is to cover my disposal fees.

Yeesh, I should have known better than to poke the HF bear. All I was saying is that there's a lot of head on that pour; if you want to deny that then fine. And I was not the one that said Le Sarrasin was overcarbed nor that I no longer wanted my bottles.

Think he was joking

That being said, I was not aware Frank was a "bear"... paging HevvyMetalHippie

A lot of head does not mean a beer is overcarbed. People are just explaining that what you're looking at is normal.

I was just joking. Yes, there's a lot of head there. To me it looks like a fresh pour that the head hasn't died down on on yet. Par for the course with these types of saisons, from my experience.

But for real, no one buy Ann. I'll take care of everything.

I meant in way of people/lines.

I know it's cold, i'll be in Canada like I have been the past 5 years for Christmas. Last year we had no power for 5 days and just about ran out of wood. We made Christmas dinner ham in the wood burning stove and fetched water from a hole we made in the lake so we could flush toilets, if I didn't have beer it wouldn't have been a good time.

will trek down to HF if the weather cooperates enough. However if the holidays bring out a ton of people (seems doubtful) then I'll try to avoid that the best I can utilizing any trend analysis you all have acquired and would like to share.

if I recall correctly, it's pretty slow... probably best to wait to see what come out that week to get a better feel however.
