Agreed. I'm guessing they wanted to make a "show" of it since they weren't putting any new bottles out.

Agree with the both of you. It has been coined the "magic batch". I have one left as well, was thinking of cracking it tonight or in Novmeber to see how it is at 1 year. Had one back in August that was still spectacular.

Those late '13 batches of Arthur and Anna are some of my favorite HFS bottles. Ever.

For ***** sake...Agreed that Le Sarrasin @ $30 was my threshold. Too much. I would've been up a couple of times for $30, but **** man, unless a genie comes out of the bottle when it's finished and gives handys to everyone...my line is drawn...sigh...
