Don't bribe me, my buddy who is only on BA (trying to convert to TB) splurged on it. You will have to ask him.

Edit: it is not all 4 vintages of Vera Mae 11 12 13 14, it was 12 12 13 14. All silver caps. No gold cap for the 11 and not sure I'd want to drink it as it probably has fallen off by now.....

If I recall correctly, I think there were two bottlings of the 2012 batch (the first one had no marking, the second one was marked with a "2"). They were both on the shelf at the same time.

Correct, if memory serves. One was supposed more soured with additional bacteria or whatever, but they tasted the same to me. Who knows.

My rule of thumb for landing HF bottles = trading HF for HF.

Usually my route as well. Doesn't always work for certain beers though. I posted an ISO for Le Sarrasin, offering E.+Florence+ or Norma+Florence+, and got crickets...

Norma, E., and Le Sarrasin were all 2 per person I belive. E and Norma were $20/each, as opposed to LS being $30 (hence the Florence to even out $). Oh well...

E. was 4pp this year

Agreed. Le Sarrasin was just absurd. Huge fan. So bummed it sold out the day before I got to HF this summer

Norma was 3/pp for at least a couple days...

yes there were two in 12' I still have the one that's say "2" on it and I believe Shaun cam rout after time an said both ended up being very close in nature...

That is correct, except some had "2" on it and some had "3". I still have some of those actually. Looks like I need to get drinkin'...

Interesting. I went up Thurs or Fri and it was at 2 per person.

It sounds like Norma+HF Saison 2:1 is not a fair offer then (at least not enough to pry one out of someone's hands)
on the day it was released i was there pleasantly surprised to see 3 pp after 17 hrs on the road..

It would take more than $4$ for me to trade away my last LS. A norma + E. wouldn't do it. Maybe 6:1 Florence. I'm not fishing here. For me, this was one of my top beers this year. I don't think this one is being made again so it's not like we could just wait a few months and get another one. He really hit this one out of the park.

So how have the last 2 batches of Norma been drinking? Any significant differences from the most recent one and the one prior?

Hah! Appreciate the offer, but like I said, I wasn't fishing. Just offering some feedback as to why no bites on the Norma + offer.
(..but I'll certainly tuck that offer away)

I only have 7 Florence left. Been opening one every couple of days and giving them to friends. 2 cases to 7 bottles happened freaking fast! This batch is really good though. Did an inventory of HFS saisons today and it's a pretty bleak situation but drinking nothing but HF saisons all summer wasn't bad either. Hoping those 2 case limits continue.
