One has hit its peak and is starting to roll downward. I'd say 3 >= 1 (depending on storage). I'll report back after 2015 Norma and my vertical ;)
Yeah 3 was pretty close when we did it a couple months ago. 2 tasted like a different beer to me.

Thanks for all the feedback. Guess I'll give it another shot with a list to pick from. Maybe someone will give me a combo they'd take.

I never have more than a dozen or so bottles of Hill in my cellar at any given time. Keep drinking the darned things. FWIW Florence makes for an awesome "anytime" saison.

*Edit* thanks for the info on the Norma's. likely going to drink 2 in the next week or so and let 3 age for a bit.

seeing the way most of you are rating the Norma batches I must be the only one here who didn't care for batch3, or could foresee aging improvement. after I drank 2 bottles I quickly traded away my other 3... we even opened batch 2 and 3 back to back a month or so back and batch2 was so superior to batch3 it was hard to tell it was even the same beer.

Sarrasin is def phenomenal. Had like 3 pours at FOFA and couldn't believe how much better than the bottle it was and the bottle was amazing.
I def need to make FOFA a regular event to attend. Was my first ever Beer festival and def will always be remembered. The share the night before was awesome (thanks DonFrap and everyone else there) even if I was driving that night and only had a few samples. At least I didn't hit that moose. vonnegut21 SteveC32 IndysDad innuendobrewskiman63

Everett back on tap now, just in time for my visit next week.

Anyone else heading up next Friday?

If anyone else is interested in the amber syrup, it's still available. There's a FT in the "other stuff" forum.

Had a feeling the Art/Ann releases were going to be small. I just hope it's a sufficient amount of bottles to last a few days, although once word is out on those two I'm sure the masses will descend upon HF.

Florence only lasted like two weeks I think. The case limit was 2 (at least at the start) and it coincided with FoFA and I know many, many people there got 2-4 cases.

And Art before end of October. Very small bottle count according to Shaun - almost same as Ann B2.
