No more Mad Taco. No more HF is what i heard.

Mad Taco is definitely out but not sure HF is permanent... I do like the control HF has over their beer in VT though... and I guess they have some of that control in other markets... I still remember an old keg in NY over a year ago and I hope they could choose not to distribute to those types of bars out here...

Anyone else notice the lack of Hill Farmstead at the Blackback?
when i was there last week they only had la vermontoise, which i found odd given that propig and reservoir both had 2 HF beers on. is it HF's prerogative not to give them beer anymore? or is there a deeper beef i'm not aware of?

For sure there is a glass problem there, bubbles all long the side of the glass. Hopefully they work stuff out, my understanding is it was taken over by people who have never ran a bar before so I hope the kinks get worked out because I really enjoy sitting at that deep bowling lane bar with HF beer in a clean glass and staring at GMRfx across the bar.

I met the new owners... seem ok but apparently they were just regular patrons of BBP before Rich sold it

whoa! it's getting pretty sexy in here!

Do you guys complain/return a beer that's served in a dirty glass? I try to be nice about it, and let the bartender know in a non-confrontational way - but it usually just results in lousy service the rest of my visit....

I wouldn't do it at a Buffalo Wild Wings, but at a place like Blackback yes.

I just got an image of the Burlington Buffalo Wild Wings serving Arthur on draft.

Glass issue has been fixed. Not sure exactly what's been "ruined" about the spot aside from that they haven't had HFS lately. If you remember getting clean glassware at blackback you either aren't remembering correctly or you haven't been there in the last 3 years. Ricky could talk about beer with the best of them but that's about where it ended.

I'd go to that Buffalo Wild Wings every day. Spicy garlic wings FTW.

my main thing is the "divey" feel is almost gone... just personal preference
