This is going to be a stupid question.

So to get more than 1 bottle, you just have to wait even more, and go through the line more than once?

Bottle limits are per person, per day.

Growler limits are per person, per trip through the line.

Is that what really happens, or what is intended to happen?

Get back in line and try, Jason Bourne. Or should I say, David Webb!

Sadly enough I can see someone cheating the limits by showing up first thing with long hair and a (neck)beard, then leaving, shaving, getting a haircut, changing and going back in the afternoon.

That's why I asked. I haven't been in awhile.

I know what the rule says, but I also see pictures of 3 or 4 of a one bottle limit release posted, so there are very few ways that can happen.

Seems a pretty logical question to ask.

Mules. That's it and that's all. Or going multiple days in a row.

Most people take multiple trips, or have mules, or post group haul pics to engorge their collective beer peens.

unless you want to look like a complete ass when Kerri looks you in the eye and tells you to go pound sand. Next!

I almost want to see Kerri grab someone that attempts this by the rear of their pants and boot them out the side door. massive lulz and I don't doubt for a second that she could! :)

Agreed, except I'd like to see her grab them by the ear like a child and just drag em the hell out.

Attach them by the back of the pants to the garage door and leave them up there until they get their growlers filled.

Also, Harlan only on growlers.

No limit on Soigne and they start taking credit cards = everybody in the poor house. Hi Kerrie, I'll have a pallet of Soigne please. You can load it up in my uhaul over there.

Honestly if I were doing one of those lame BA-type exercises of limiting myself to only a few bottled beers, like say one in each style, Soigne would definitely make the cut for a saison/Belgian/wild (depending on how broadly one wants to break each category down). A person could do a lot worse than having nothing but bottles of Zombie Dust in their fridge and bottles of BCBS and Brother Soigne in their cellar, or something along those lines.

Also sold Soigné magnums to the bottle only line.
Now that I'm not typing on my phone I should follow up and say to new visitors or people unfamiliar with how HF operates that this is not typical in my experience and I doubt it will happen in the future. I think there was just some miscommunication with the rush of opening on such an insanely busy day due to the Flora w/ blueberries release. Generally anything in short enough supply that it might not be available to everyone in the main/growler line is not available in the bottles only line. They are always very particular about that and very clear about announcing it to the crowd at opening.
