Mimosa is still tasting great but is definitely going over the hill compared to a year ago.
The brightness and barrel qualities it used to have are fading and it now has surprisingly citra-dominant flavor.

If I was sitting on a bottle, I would get to drinking it sooner than later.

Found the same thing with E., recently. Hoping this next batch ages better.

Maybe ours wasn't cellared properly. Was from a friend at a bottle share. We all agreed something was off about the bottle.

I actually had asked Shaun via twitter if he had drank them recently and he had and said they were drinking great but that he recommended drinking them soon as he wasn't sure if it would continue to still be that good. So I opened both and in December and I think we all thought there were drinking beautifully.

anyone go up today know if there is any Norma left?
How about if I just check the website. Great Thanks. The answer is no. Bring on E.

Waterbury Beer Tasting happening now until 2AM. bring beers if you're interested. Frank, that includes you...we're in the room.

Major bummer. Finally got my brother to take vacation and go up with me and of course no bottles listed for Wednesday.

The last time the shelves were dry, older bottles were popping up at a 1/pp limit. I wouldn't expect it, but you may get lucky

I mean I'll be happy to go up, fill my growlers, and nab some Toppers but more bummed for my brother who is taking his first trip up there.

Given how many bottles he has on the upcoming releases page, I'd say you have a pretty good chance of snagging something on Wednesday. Madness 3, perhaps?

I just found out I'm heading up for spring break (mud break?) next month. Is it wrong to hope that a massive tax bill prompts a cellar clearing bottle sell-off on April 16th?

Cash business, guessing they pay quarterly estimates, but I'll be there the 17th, so lets hope...

Anyone else gonna be in Waterbury Tuesday night? Hoping to make it early enough to grab food from Pro Pig before the kitchen closes. Staying at the stagecoach
