I'd actually be much more likely to buy them without the beer, just as a nice piece of woodwork (Leaning Maples stuff is really nice), then the ones with massively upcharged beer on it.

Were the ones sold today nicer than the previous ones? Zach, you saw mine - the QC left a bit to be desired
Perhaps it was because mine was the base model hah

For realz tho, what is everyone's favorite accessory for toting things in? I vote fanny pack.

they look different, not sure if they were constructed differently. And if it's bothering you that much, next time we are up there i'll bring it over to darren and ask him to work on it.

Nah, it's not a big deal. The only way to fix the couple small things I had noted would require replacing a part or two - e.g. too much wood being cut out to make that notch leaving a gap on one side

Yeah, I was talking more about the higher end ones, I guess, especially that crazy one they had on the shelf behind the pouring station..

****, there was one with CD5? I would have bought that **** so fast if I had bothered to look. (immediately going back on what I previously said) God damn.

You should try emailing HF/Leaning Maples.

Shauwne doesn't reply to emails unless they're written with at least 100 words or and is overly praising of him. Helps if you write in iambic pentameter and cite Nietzsche as well.

No wonder I didn't get a reply! I framed the works of Hill Farmstead with in Objectivist Philosophy instead. Fail.

the totes are one of the first (only?) HF airballs imho

They've all sold out in minutes, so airballs might be a stretch. To your point though, regarding personal appeal, I would say that they're (almost certainly) much more appealing to people who have been to the brewery (especially those who have spent countless hours waiting in line over and over again) and been able to see a lot of Leaning Maples' work. It's a cool personal collection.

Some people collect stickers from breweries. Some collect old posters. Some people are enjoying collecting the same woodwork that goes into the brewery itself. Not everything is for everyone.

I remember when I brought a brewery sticker for $420. Oh wait, no I don't.

Went up today. Nothing extra on the shelves. However, there was a GIANT pallet of 500ml cases just sitting there, waiting in the wings. Just got a coy smile when I asked about.

Gotta be Daybreak, right? There's not a batch of Everett waiting to be released in bottles is there?
