Brother Soigne + 5 Sciences (carbed) on the shelf... Think I'm heading up tomorrow.
any idea on what limits might be for these?
No published limit on Soigne (so probably "reasonable" again, like Arthur). 1 per person for 5 Sciences ($20) and Vermontoise ($12).

Same here on the 15th. Unless "reasonable" means 2 cases, then..... maybe that. Probably my favorite non-BA saison from them. Literally could not have enough of that stuff. When I'm up on the 16th for the Tap Takeover, it's very likely I'll again buy a case of this.
Even better than convivial? If i had to rate the saisons (non ba)
Arthur > Vera Mae > Florence > convivial > Anna > Edith > Soigne
BA is
Art > Flora > Norma > Ann
You're going to be blown away by Soigne. It's probably the best beer I've had all year. Enjoy it!Have had exactly zero of the BA saisons (I haz a sad, someday I'll make it up for a Flora release... maybe..), but my saison rankings, having not had Soigne and Edith, are more like:
Convivial > Vera Mae > Anna > Clara > Arthur > Florence
the thing is, though, i feel like we could do this forever, and everyone's going to provide totally different rankings - and the fact remains i'd rather drink a Florence than most other saisons on the market.
looking forward to getting to try Soigne tomorrow, a lot!
God I love HF saisons. I'd drink them about 75% I drink beer if I could. I LOVED the last batch of Clara BTW, it was so light and so flavorful, I couldn't get enough of it.

The most difficult decision is deciding on the Soigne/Arthur ratio to purchase....

That's the easy part. As much as you're allowed to.![]()
Might I also add that this year's Sankt Hans was ridiculously good? We went up for the DBD/Satsuma release and ended up buying a case of Sankt. Brought it to a local bottle share at the Brooklyn Brewery and people couldn't stop raving about how amazing it was.
Absolutely. Batch 1 of Sankt Hans was the "worst" saison they've made...I was blown away by this year's. I'm not sure if there's been any official word on this, but that recipe must have been tweaked a bunch. It's just going to get more tart too, can't wait to see how it ages.Might I also add that this year's Sankt Hans was ridiculously good? I sense a Tired Hands collab coming on...Hehe my friend once called Sankt Hans "Stanky Hands" while drunk. Safe to say that's the name we use most now.
Usually they only post when they're sold out on the website. Usually.I'll stop posting in this thread sometime soon, but does anyone know if there's glassware for sale right now? I've struck out the last couple times I've been there and there's no mention of it on the website anymore.
A couple weeks ago when I was there for CD7 they had oversized wine glass with black font (the one that was a "mistake" since the font is not bold). I assume they still have glassware on hand if it's not listed as sold on out the website.I'll stop posting in this thread sometime soon, but does anyone know if there's glassware for sale right now?
