Well if you get to Parker or the Rez, you'll get to have some when it's debuted...
I'm guessing that's mainly (or entirely) from the last batch from a couple years ago. I'd be curious to know what barrels this edition was aged in. The 1st batch was aged 7 months in Buffalo Trace and Utopias barrels, this one was aged 20+ months.
Actually, that's really fast for the bottles to have bottle conditioned.. 9 days?
Or maybe into another barrel? Double Barrel Everett?unless there is another batch of BA Everett right around the corner![]()

Yeah, and the BA Everett I have is date stamped as being bottled 02/2014. Interesting.
To further speculate....anyone else notice the barrels in the tasting room that are noted 'Aaron' and 'Jasper'? Listed as 'out' in April of 2014 I believe...
Yes. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but Jasper was the name of the spontaneously fermented beer that was formerly used to wash Winnimere, or one of the other CaJH cheeses before that collaboration ended, wasn't it?
Gracias!Negative.
Le Sarrasin was really good but I had no idea it was going to be $30. Might have had another pour or two.Le Sarrasin also up now on the retail page. $30 a ******* bottle!!??! That thing better come with an Arthur duct-taped to its side.
Le Sarrasin is actually French for "New Brewery Roof".Le Sarrasin was really good but I had no idea it was going to be $30. Might have had another pour or two.
Brother Soigne back this Wednesday. No word on limits.
It's tough between Soigne and Convivial, but I always find myself trading for more Soigne.Soigne is HF's best non-hoppy beer at least out of all the ones I've had (which doesn't include any really rare stuff). I absolutely love that beer.
Can you pour it on waffles - that's the real question. To be fair, La Serrasin was probably one of the best 3-4 beers I had at Parker Pie on Friday. And that's in some gigantic company, believe me. It is AWESOME. Best HF collab by far to the point that all others aren't even in the conversation.
I was sure hoping it would only be $15 or $20 per bottle, I was going to get a few at that price. Now, who knows. But it's a really great beer.

Speaking of which - anyone heard anything about the next release of Clara or Edith? Really enjoyed those last year.I greatly prefer the "regular" saisons (Arthur, Anna, Florence, Clara. Preference between them really depends on the day but I think Arthur reigns supreme most of the time)
Convivial and Soigne are also great, of course.
