I think I totes ****** up....

Bought the Damon/Madness&Civilization package. I figured it was possible to have a friend go and get it for me, but its not looking like they allow that. Does anyone know if this is possible?

I will just say that they did not check my ID when I picked mine up, they only asked for the information on the receipt they emailed me. Good luck.

I forgot to bring the printout of the receipt when I went to get mine but they recognized me anyways and said that was okay. Of course, going up somewhat frequently and being of a different ethnicity that stands out probably helped ;)

Got CD8 on Friday, and it appears they still have some left (haven't marked it as sold out yet even though the page has been updated)

Is the concept of a gang bang that you have teams of people ship to other teams and then have simultaneous tastings once everyone has their boxes?

Not simultaneous, no. It's a big BIF, except instead of one person sending to one person, you have teams, and then you drink all the beer at the end.

There's teams in cities that sign up and they get matched. You have a big tasting while packing up beer to send to them, then you have another big tasting when you've received. The actual bangs and packing parties have certain windows they fall in, and often there's a couple at the same time, but it would be too difficult to have everyone do them on the same day.

2 cases of Arthur is pure dreamy bliss - gotta enjoy the ability to grab that much while you can! Just be sure not to tell your girlfriend that she can get the same cheese in the Kirkland brand at Costco or you'll lose your excuse to head to VT

Only some of them, no? To my knowledge, one cannot get Winnimere or Harbison at Costco...

I think it's MOSTLY the clothbound cheddar, but not 100% on that at all.

If someone is getting Bailey Hazen at Costco on the cheap I'm clearly doing it wrong. A costco membership used only for cheese would pay for itself in about a month in this house

If I'm paying those prices for those cheeses to a company that speaks to a need to preserve the soils of the farmstead, I'd prefer that they at least treat both their employees and cows a bit better. But that's just me.
