Yeah it appears quite a few people have received winning and losing emails for the same day
 
Are they truly losing emails or are they just refund emails?

The reason I ask is because I got a refund for Friday and Saturday but then received a winner for Friday. I called ASAP and they completed the transaction for the full amount (including what had been redeemed) $53.07. So who knows, maybe that'll be the case for everyone - everyone gets all days refunded and then winner emails if they've been drawn?
 
Still waiting on a couple days I entered...

Just spoke to them it was easier for them to refund everybody and then charge the fee only to the winners. EVeryones name was pulled if you got an email you won only for that specific day if you havent gotten an email yet you have lost.

I've received refund emails for 2 of the 4 days I entered - are you saying that means that I won on the two days that I received these emails for?
 
according to freshtix they pulled everyones name at the same time so if you have not received a winning email you have lost they are still processing refunds all according to the guy on the phone for freshtix
 
Also this? (I doubt it, but I can only hope). It's past the deadline for refunds if you were a loser, does that mean I win?:

"If you were not a winner, your credit card will be refunded by 5 p.m. on Friday, January 16."
 
just confirmed that they will refund every entry and recharge the winners... I still only have 2 of 4 rejections however
 
Someone on BA says freshtix confirmed only 200 winners, seems about right for a single barrel beer.
Went 0-fer here
