Damn, you got me as I realized this. I caught that on second glance, the addition of the cat between photos got me. But since when has this thread not been a vehicle for baseless speculation.

I wouldn't say Everett is his best, but it's definitely the best porter I've had.

Honstly I couldn't say what I like least from him. I'm don't particularly care about or go crazy over saisons and I think the majority of his taste pretty much the same but I haven't had anything I could say was the worst. I just think Everett is absolutely delicious and by far the best example of the style I've ever had.

a lot of his saisons do have a similar yeast profile taste, not necessarily a bad thing imo.

I've always loved Twilight but been apathetic to BoT - just too sweet for me. That Twilight though - such an amazing winter porter.

In my humble opinion: BA Everett > BoT > Twilight > Everett
