hi all hope some one can help,
I use coopers lager and have added a brew enhancer all was going well with the fermentaton untill we had a really hot day 41deg c obviously i have killed the yeast it has a sg of 10012 do i re pitch more yeast or is that the end of the brew HELP ???

One trick I did I remember when I needed to cool a carboy is that I would set the carboy in like a deep tray. I would then grab an old t-shirt that I dont care about and put it on the carboy. Wet the t- shirt and fill some water in the deep pan. At this point if you have a fan that you can blow to that area the primary will cool by evaporation and does a good job I might add.

1.012 is fairly good for a FG. I'd say add some more yeast and give it a couple days before bottling. You'll need new yeast for bottling anyway.
