high temp

I just brewed a pumpkin ale last night and the temperature might have been too high when I added the yeast. The bucket feels warm now and the temp is not showing because it only goes to 78 deg. The airlock is bubbling like crazy though. Should I try to bring down temp?

I would. It seems like your fermentation temp is on the high side. What type of yeast are you using?

I used muntons dry yeast
