So I just transferred my Coffee-chocolate stout to the secondary... and was rather pleased with my Gravity readings.

SG: 1.084
Secondary G: 1.020

Im hoping it continues the downward trend :D

Nice! The Trippel in my sig started at 1.089, and finished at 1.010. Primary took a little over 2 weeks. It spent about a month in secondary. According to Promash, that's 10.5% ABV.

Taking its sweet-ass time to carb up, too! It should be ready to drink around springtime. I hope.

Big beers are fun. :D
