New to the forums. I tried a batch of a dark coopers ale and I have been fermenting for almost two weeks. My recipe was as described on the can but I added a pound of dark dry malt extract. My starting gravity was temp. Corrected to 60 and was 1.048. Anther two weeks of fermentation the gravity is 1.009. I an getting a bubble every 2+ minutes. My question is at what point should I bottle this beer? I will transfer into a second bucket and add priming sugar before I bottle.
Thanks!

Its most likely done and ready to bottle but you can take another gravity reading in 2-3 days. If it's doesn't change it definitely ready.
