I know this is probably frowned upon, but this recent experience is so extraordinary I have to share.
Dave, owner at High Gravity Brewing in Tulsa, Oklahoma, fixed my EBC-SV PID Controller FOR FREE!!! I bought it used. It was an old model. It came as part of a brewing package I got second hand. Worked great right up to when it didn't :0/
He helped me troubleshoot the problem over the phone. Then he shipped me a reconditioned control module to replace the one which had gone bad. No bill, no hesitation. NO CHARGE!
Holy CRAP!
This standard of service is simply unheard of in today's world. I did not wish it to go unrecognized.
I now return you to your regularly-scheduled programming.
