I’m Dave. Forgot to post here when I got active on the site.
Just started brewing, been wanting to for a while. Staring at 2 cases of a kit porter, and one fermenter of a kit stout. Haven’t done anything brew-wise in a week, and I’m looking to buy something else today.
My kind of hobby - don’t need to do it daily, it has specific requirements to keep you in it, but enough room for life to happen, and in the end you get beer.
So thanks for the help so far, especially the most insightful statement I’ve seen in a long time regarding any craft:
You may make mistakes, you may get something that tastes bad, but in the end, you still get beer.
Takes a lot of stress away.
