Hi everyone.

I'm new to the forum, and to home brewing. Years ago I made one attempt with an all in one kit-in-a-bag which was horrible, a few months ago I bought a brew kit and made up my first brew at the start of November - a lager which I bottled on Nov 12th which is tasting pretty good.

I'm looking forward to starting my next batch which will be a stout.

I've got loads of questions which I'll check on the other forums for answers before I ask- I'm sure most have been answered already.

A bit about me:

31 years old, like coffee, beer, motorbikes and the Boston Red Sox.

Welcome! There is a ton of great info and knowledgable folks on this site who are always willing to help if you can't find what you're looking for.

Thanks! And no, I'm originally South African- currently residing in "old" England! My route to loving baseball and the Sox is quite indirect!
