Hi all, I'm Chris from just outside of Kent, Ohio. We've been making kit wines for about a year now,so I think it's high time we started making our own from scratch. We live far enough out of the way to keep some beehives as well as tons of flowering stuff to experiment on for wines . Nice forums, there's a ton of info here .
