Whats happend to the beer if i put yeast belle saison in 35c or 90f but the fermentation is at 22c

You may have killed some, or most of them. Give it a couple of days and check for activity. You might need to re-pitch at the proper temp.

Your beer should turn out okay if the wort temperature was close to your fermentation temperature before highly active fermentation had begun.

Some off flavors can be produced in the first 12 to 20 hours of fermentation if the wort temperature is above the optimal fermentation range of the yeast.
