New(ish) guy here. I've been a member here for a while but have found myself posting so I figured I'd better introduce myself.

I've been interested in the idea of homebrewing for a while but finally gave it a shot last October when a friend of mine passed of his homebrewing equipment to me. I just brewed my fifth batch. Mostly I've done partial mash brewing but I do have a batch of Ed Wort's Apfelwein bubbling in the basement as we speak.
