First post, although I've used the forums for quite awhile for all the information that is collected. I've brewed about 10 times extract. I'm planning on making the graduation to All Grain this weekend. Recently I'm trying to brew 2 times a month, and more if I can fit it in, so I can learn from mistakes quickly. It seems as though I learn quite a few new things everytime.
My next project is to build the MLT for said All Grain brewing, and soon after convert my beer fridge to a kegerator to get rid of the bottling process. I'm still learning more about beer and brewing all the time, but I thoroughly enjoy every bit of it.
