Hi, I'm new here. I must have read hundreds of posts and thought I'd start to contribute. I've been brewing for 6 months but in that time I've done 16 batches including lagers and a partial mash.

I work in a lab and have a senior brewer at my work for advice. I've come up with I think some novel techniques and, as my title implies, I think I may have wasted some time trying to make a long post that described them. The title was Efficient quaffable beer or something like that and I cannot find it in "my threads". Any help?

I think my first post may have been too long? That's when I reposted with my essential questions that I haven't seen brought up elsewhere. This site is a goldmine of information and I'm hoping to learn and contribute. This homebrew is so tasty that I hate going out or running out and drinking store stuff! Add to that my access to LME/DME costing me a total of 25 cents per pint, largely on hops; the wife and I are very happy. Thanks!
