Hey master brewers, great page you have here, maybe you can help with this issue. I'm a beginner in the brewing area, I've only done it once with an Australian Coopers Lager Extract, it came out pretty good. Any way, some friends and I wanna get deeper inside in this art, specially with all grain beer. My question is. Is there any literature on grain, hops, water (ingredients, for short) quantities for this type of brewing?, we want to make some experiments with amounts to make our own custom beer, but we need to do this in very small quantities in order for us to not blow our budget so quickly.

In advance to you response, thank you.

The internet, along with HBT (here), are great places to start. If I need to research ingredients I usually start with a google search along with various threads here. The book "Designing Great Beers" is also a good place to start and is fairly technical.

Palmer online is good, but be aware that it is the 1st edition and is several years old. The current edition has more updated information. So don't be surprised if we say stuff here that directly contradicts some things from that 1st ed.
