Hi, new to home brewing. Have just made 4 gallons of (hard) cider, or possibly apple cider vinegar depending on how it turns out. Enjoying the process and will hopefully make more brews as time goes on. Have quite a few questions to ask hence joining the forum.

I didnt get a chance to make apple wine this year. However, a good book is first steps in winemaking by C.J.J Berry. You can download it for free. Its a bit dated and the english is something to be desired but it has a monthly recipe section and there are plenty of them, including some obscure ones. Welcome to the addiction, ahem hobby
