Hi All,
Just joined, been brewing for 35 years and still learning. Started with kits like most and graduated to AG soon after.
Using a home made Herms setup in an electric brewery. Using the STC-1000P designed by alphaomega on homebrewtalk and really amazed at the difference it makes.
