I must admit I have been lurking on this site for the last few months, and what a great site it is. I have been pondering the idea of making my own brew for the last few years, and it wasn't until this spring well we went on a road trip through Oregon and stopped at many brew pubs that I really got the bug! I'll be putting my brew equipment together soon and hope to share my experience!
