Hello all,

First let me thank the forum for accepting me.
I must confess i have been lurking the forum for the last few months, sipping every bit of knowledge that i can take. You guys are awesome.

I started home brewing beer in March, out of curiosity. Made a couple of kits and moved to all grain as soon as i could get a big enough bucket coupled with some ebay kettle elements and a bag.

My 1st all grain beer was a Saison that turned out very nice. All thanks to you and some other great resources on the web.

Hope to learn a lot more.

Cheers!

Hi, I bet your beer will turn out great. I love a good saison. My wife on the on the other hand, not as much so I haven't brewed one yet. Maybe I should? Welcome to HBT.

I really had not much choice as i have no fermentation temp control. Brewed a saison because i love it and the weather was hot, even inside my house.

As for the ladies: my wife doesn't like it. It's heavy on the palate and she only likes commercial pilseners... But it turned out to my liking!

Thanks for the welcome!
