Hi everyone. It has been 19 years since I brewed my last batch. Looking forward to starting up again.
Found this forum searching brew stuff and must say the information available to me today compared to back then is amazing.
Scored a used chest freezer yesterday and will convert it to a fermentation chamber and hopefully get to brew a kit to start this week.
I probably will not post much, it seems everything I wanted to know so far has been covered here. This is a great site
