Hi guys and girls. New to the forum and pretty new to brewing. I have done 6 extract kits (2 5 gallon and 4 1 Gal). This weekend I will be doing my first BIAB, so I'm looking forward to getting my feet wet with all grain.

Thanks! It's an oatmeal stout. Am tempted to make some additions to it but being my first BIAB, I'll follow the recipe for this one.

Maybe safest to do at least 1 by the recipe before the experiments start!

Yeah that's what i was thinking. If I do make additions, I will add them to the secondary.
