Hi from mid-Michigan

Hi all, I'm in the sprawling metropolis of Riverdale (about 8miles west of Alma and or 18 miles sw of Mt Pleasant).

I am currently on hiatus from brewing (until the house is remodeled, hopefully this summer).

A bit about my brewing background....

About 20 years of homebrewing background, closest count 200 ish batches, mostly ales but quite a few (30ish) of meads and gruits.

Didn't do lagers as my water is better for ales (and I like ales better!)

I was getting into old (aka historical) recipes, before the hiatus.
