Greeting everyone - just found this site and wanted to say hello to all - just got back into brewing after a 3 year hiatus - and am getting ready to bottle my first AG (my LHBS owner seid "once you go AG theres no goin back") So wish me luck with this blue moon clone

ALRIGHT! another all-grainer on the forum. Welcome and congratulations on your first AG brew. If this batch isn't all you expect, remember everything takes time.

I "sampled" what i pulled to test the SG and it tastes darn good. now to debate on the keg or bottle....

If kegging is a real option, go with kegging. You can always fill bottles from there.
