I started brewing in June. Stumbled on you guys looking for info on bursting bottles. Great site, so here I am.

Thanks Nurmey,Haven't had a bottle bomb yet, but I've got a batch to "holiday cheer" from the local hop shop and boy is it hyperactive. Delicious though.
I guess I'll keep it cold and hope for the best.
I've got seven batches in all from ingredient kits. All good so far, knock on wood.
I'm partial to the Trippels and ambers.
I've done a Scotch that was good but not everything I had hoped for.
I'm looking forward to participating here.
