Hi everyone,
I've been lurking here for a while now, had several posts, but never officially introduced myself. This forum has been a terrific resource for me, so I thought I'd do it right.
So far I've done 5 extract batches. Pale Ale, Caribou Slobber, Hefeweizen, Farmhouse Ale, and Cream Ale. They're kegged up with cobra taps in my keezer, which is awaiting a collar and some real taps. I'm queued up to do an Oktoberfest, Barley wine, and three varieties of IPA, after which I've started collecting equipment for AG and am itching to put together a weizenboch.
Thanks you everyone who has come before me and generated this wonderful resource, and I look forward to participating in the community for years to come!
