Hi.

I'm a beginner home brewer from Italy.

I especially love DIY projects.

Hope to increase my knowledge about homebrewing techniques with this forum.

Thanks

Hello, nice to meet you. I love Italy, I have been about 5 or 6 times! Are there many home brewers there?

Thanks to all.

There are many homebrewers in Italy!
Craft beer revolution exploded also here.
Biab techniques is frequently used or classic 3 vessel all grain.

I've started this year with extracts, so I'm a real beginner.
Now I'm searching a good setup for my purpose.
Actually I've seen Grainfather that looks very cool.

PS Sorry about my poor English-speaking....

Your English is fine. Much better than some, and perfectly understandable.

Nothing wrong with extract to start with, and a lot of people continue to use them for ease and convenience. With proper methods they can yield a fine beer.

But I know you are going to want to brew with All Grains at some point. BIAB is a very popular way to brew All Grain these days and doesn't take much more at all to get into from Extract.
