Hi everyone,

I'm Matt and I'm new to posting to the forum, I registered a while ago and have been lurking! I'm not totally new to homebrewing, but have lots to learn.

I've been making beer from kits for about 15 year, and started all grain brewing a year or so ago - mostly with success! I've got a Black IPA in the fermenter at the moment, I made the recipe up using Beersmith and chucking in ingredients I already had in the house.

I'm here to ask stupid questions and pick up other tips, I also write a blog about my brewing adventures, that I doubt anyone reads.​
