Hi Everyone

I am new to home brewing but have my second batch happily burbling away in my study and the first batch bottled and aging. I am from Perth Australia where the weather at the moment is perfect for brewing and also summer is on it's way in December so perfect time to get a few stored and ready to go.

It's still weird for me to think of summer being in December. December is freaking cold where I am. I'll be drinking winter warmers while you're drinking summer lagers and ales. Here's to beer!
