Hey all you guys out there, I have just opened my first bottle of home brew:rockin:

I brewed a Lager from a kit I got with my Fermenter. I like the brew but I think I put too much water with it and it is tasting a bit watered down but good however. My girlfriend loves it though, she said it tastes like a light beer, Im not too imperssed about her discription though.

I put down my second brew down straight away which is also from a kit but this time I am doing a Corona copy, I am having trouble keeping it at around 10-12c, I hope it turns out ok.

Heading into your winter you would probably be enjoying a nice porter or stout more than a light brew, but to each his own.

How's the hop harvest gone down there? Should be close to done, but I haven't seen much about it.
