Im not really new, ive just been inactive. Ive been lurking this forum for a while and recently decided to get active. I usually make weird or experimental brews, because I think trying new things is half fun of brewing.
i currently have bottled:
6 month aged apfelwein
2 month aged brown sugar hard cider

currently in primary:
5 gal skeeter pee
5 gal hard ice tea

about to try:
1 gallon of hard rootbeer

Welcome. I have always wanted to make Skeeter pee, but never seem to get to it. I have an apfelwein on tap. What recipe are you going to use for your hard rootbeer?
