After many years of promising my best mate I would get around to Home Brew, he decided to buy me a starter Kid, knowing full well I could not fail to honour a present :p

Today my Wife & I had fun bottling our first batch.

Ill let you know how it tastes in a few weeks :)

Welcome to the Homebrewtalk forum and I know you will love your beer as much as I do. I have been brewing since 1972 and have 30 gallons of ale fermenting in 2 refrigerators right now. I brew 10 gallon batches and always keg my beer. 5 gallons does not last long if you have lots of friends. Start your next brew right away.

HI Phil,
If you have any questions, you are at the right place. What kind of beer are you starting out with?
