hi

been roaming the forum for a while reading about yeast, saisons, biere de gardes and other things and decided to finally join.

Im from western australia, been brewing since 2008 with 2 year break from 2011 to 2013 but back into it now.

still brewing DME, at least i stopped using LME. once the 25kg bag of DME is gone ill make the move to all grain probably.
