Hey my name is greg I'm pretty new to home brewing. I've talked about it and read about it for a long time and my wife recently surprised me with my own kit about a month before my 30th birthday so that I could brew my first beer (west coast ipa). It was an extract/Specialty grain brew. That's probably what I'll be sticking to for a while because I don't have the room to have a proper AG brewing set up. I found this site a long time ago from Google and just decided to join. The next beer I'm going to be brewing will be my own recipe. I'm going to shoot for a "thin mint" stout. Anyway glad to be here amongst fellow beer enthusiasts.
