Completely new to this, but been reading a lot and appreciate everyone's incite. Never had any idea how much chemistry is involved in making such a tasty beverage. Looking forward to learning as I go....my kit is in the mail....family has property in Michigan with some concord vines, not the best wine grape but should be fun regardless.
