Ok....building my HERMS system. What are the advantages/disadvantages of small diameter(<=3/8") copper tubing v.s. larger diameter (1/2"=<) copper tubing used as the heat exchanger?
In addition, how about length? The pre-fabricated exchangers seem to be in the 25' range. If I went with 3/8" copper, would it be necessary to go longer than 25'?
