So over the past 2 years i bought 3 standard 12 gallon SS pots with 5mm bases and started on my build. I was supposed to take progress shots but they were few and far between. All pots have welded tri clamp fittings so i can completely dismantle the hardware and leave only the pots. I built my pre ic chiller from my old copper ic and put it inside of a home made Aluminium box inside of a chilly bin. The stands are all on castors and made from 18mm marine grade ply and 100x100 posts, then clad with 4mm Aluminium panels with equal angle Aluminium moldings. Everything was done at home with the exception of the welding. Here are some pics of the 99% finished project... pilot brew is next weekend, a wet hopped IPA made with home grown hops, you can probably make them out in a few of the pics.
