help!!! yeast crapping out!!

i cant say with 100% certainty, but i think my wlp099 is crapping out at about 1.080. It fermented down fine for a week from 1.170, but the airlock seems to have completely stopped bubbling. will it keep going? HELP!!!!!!

leave it for a few weeks..it's going to go very slow. you can rouse it a bit if you'd like, but it sounds like it's too early to tell.

if it hasn't gone down more in a couple weeks, you may have to repitch.

did you make a starter?

Did the temp get too low and cause the yeast to start napping? What type of beer are you making with it? Did you make a starter?

A 1.170 beer?! What beer are you trying to make that is 17-18% alcohol?!

Don't know of too many yeasts that are going to ferment that out...
