Help with tower needed

should these be ok to use with my 6mm (1/2") beer line? Not had any experience with this stuff so I thought I'd be best to ask before wasting any money. If the lines do happen to be a different size can it be difficult to hook everything up? I assume it should be easy enough to take everything apart for cleaning and putting everything together?

As far as I know 1/2" is the standard so those will probably work great but this seems like a question to ask the seller, as well as how it all comes apart for the cleaning it so desperately needs. Does the seller give a reason why the pictures was taken a year ago and he's still trying to sell them now?
