I just picked up 3oz of experimental hop #07270 from my lhbs. Below is the info about this hop. I want to do a smash with 10lb Maris otter and ferment with San Diego super yeast. Just need help on hop schedule to see what this hop is all about.

Alpha: 15–18.5%
Beta: 4–5.2%
Cohumulone: 26–29% of alpha acids
Total Oil (mL/100g): 3–4.4%
Myrcene: 46.5%
Humulene: 18.10%
Caryophyllene: 9.80%
Farnesene (% of oil): 0.1-0.3%
Linalool (% of oil): 0.2 – 0.6%
Parentage: Apollo, Wye Target
 
.25 FWH
.75 Flame out
2 dry hop

3 oz isn't enough for me in my opinion, that's one dry hop charge for me.
 
I grabbed the last that they had. If I can get my hands on more what would you suggest? If amount on hand wasn't an issue.
 
Do a 3 gallon batch if you want more hop effect, or a low gravity beer with a lower dosage will still showcase the hops.
 
I know it's a smash but you could use some magnum or Columbus for bittering if you want that. Otherwise I'd do about
.5 oz at 30
.5 oz at 10
1 oz flameout hopstand
1 oz dry hop
